Dear Amazon,
Why has my film DVD, "The Secret of Oz" not been restored? I have 1,000 in stock. I have a perfect "Performance Summary" by your own admission. My "Customer Metrics" are also perfect. In addition, 46 reviews are all unanimously positive on you own site. What gives?
