Unbelievable as it sounds, it's true. After a run of only 3 days on Amazon.com, "The Secret of Oz" has been suddenly and without any warning, banned. After 9 sales in those 3 days, Amazon sent me an email an noon today:
"You may no longer sell on our site."
Amazon.com's email cites "performance" issues. "We took this action because your selling performance has fallen below our standards." It referred me to their "Customer Experience Metrics" page to see what the problem was, but a check of that page showed no performance issues whatsoever. Yes, I have the screenshots to prove it - zero issues.
I have appealed the ban. Amazon says they usually respond within 24 hours to appeals.
I urge anyone with access to Amazon.com to go on the site, search for "Secret of Oz" and post a "Customer Review". So far, there are 3 reviews, all give it 5 stars. Or lodge a protest.
